The Aztecs in a thick atole with yellow chilli and honey. We have used it in our family for many years. This is a medium hot product and is to be added to a hot or warm water drink. If you are accustomed to hot chilli you can use it on a teaspoon 2 to 3 times a day. Active ingredients are Honey and a high strength cayenne chilli capsaicin. Chilli Honey is great to have in the kitchen as a treat or to use in marinades, dips, salad dressings or as a hot drink.

A Caribbean slant on Tabasco Sauce, we age the Scotch Bonnet this for 4 weeks in salt and vinegar strain it and add the spice after cooking. This is a very distinctive HOT sauce.  Again this is a great all rounder for the table or the kitchen.

7.3 Million Scoville Heat Units

This is the hottest chilli extract on the market! It is nearly 3,000 times hotter than Tabasco Sauce.
Warwick University HRI tested the enclosed chilli extract on the 23/05/08 for The Chilli Pepper Company and confirmed it had a staggering 7.3 Million (7,324,923) Scoville Heat Units. Use this extremely hot ingredient as a food additive and not to be directly inges ted.
