had to be
removed from sale at
Brighton's famous Fiery Foods Show after a
number of customers who
tried it suffered what
was described as “an
Episode” and ended up
rolling around on the
grass in pain,
suffering from it's
extreme heat. Although many who tried
it, found it the most
extreme thing they have
ever tasted and happily
bought it, the organisers were
instructed by their health
and safety advisers to have the
sauce removed from sale
and ban it from
the show. This is a rare event
at a Chilli Show, only one
other sauce many years
ago was ever banned from
a chilli show but since
then Extreme sauces have
become a lot hotter…
Bhut Jolokia pods:

amazing Bhut Jolokia. Can be used whole and removed
form the dish when the required heat is obtained or
broken into fragments and either removed or left in the
dish. Essential for authentic fiery hot curries, but
can also be used with care to add a fantastic edge to
