If you want

grow chillies we have information about

The world's hottest chilli is the Bhut Jolokia
originating in Assam in North East India. It
is the record holder
with an official Scoville heat rating (SHU) of
1,001,304 SHU twice that of the previous record holder, the

individuals using the wealth of knowledge the
institute has which
enabled us to become the chilli
seed company we are today.
We have been Business Members since March 2007. The Chile
Pepper
Institute
is an international nonprofit organisation devoted to
education, research, and archiving information related to
Capsicum. The Institute
collaborates with the New Mexico State University Chile
Breeding and Genetics Program to preserve
chilli germplasm of both
cultivated and wild species, and to advance the studies of
chilli
pepper diseases.
